REFUND POLICY

Items can be returned if they are damaged or incorrect. We will refund the cost of the item when the item is returned within 30 days, if unused and in the original packaging, or if the packaging is damaged, then packed appropriately to ensure a safe return transit.

Before returning any items, please contact at hello@katebirss.com so we can discuss the details and find a happy solution. Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
