UK Delivery Times / Costs

Shipping within the UK is included in your item cost. Standard delivery time is between 3-5 days on most items, allowing time for a final wax or coat of oil, process, pack and send. However, if you require an earlier despatch, please email hello@katebirss.com, we will be happy to try and help. All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class in the UK.

International shipping

Please contact to enquire about overseas shipping. Costs and timings are dependent on the size, weight and destination of item/s.

Shipping outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the country of destination. Any associated additional charges are unfortunately out of our control and are at the customer’s expense.
