3. Products & Descriptions

• All products are handmade from wood, which means each item is unique and may have slight variations in colour, grain, or size.
• We do our best to display accurate descriptions and photos, but we can’t guarantee exact colour reproduction on every screen. • Custom orders may take longer to fulfil—delivery times will be communicated clearly at checkout or via email.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due at checkout through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors even after an order has been submitted.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within the UK and internationally. Shipping times and fees are outlined at checkout. • Once shipped, we’re not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.
• If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

6. Returns

• Items can be returned if they are damaged or incorrect. We will refund the cost of the item if the item is returned within 30 days, is unused, and in the original packaging, or if damaged, then packed appropriately to ensure a safe return transit. • Before returning any items, please contact me at hello@katebirss.com so we can discuss the details and find a happy solution. Please note that items damaged through wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

All content on this website—including text, images, product designs, and branding—is the property of Kate Birss and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide a great shopping experience, but we’re not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products or website. All items are sold “as is” and are intended for display or everyday use as described.
